Thank you for registering for an event through [Clearrcut Events](https://event.clearrcut.com) (“Platform”). Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your registration.

1. No Refunds*

All payments made for event registration through our Platform are *final* and *non-refundable*, including but not limited to:

• * Event entry fees
• * Workshop or session bookings
• * Optional add-ons (e.g., meals, merchandise, services)

We do *not* offer refunds under any circumstances, including:

• * Failure to attend the event
• * Schedule changes or personal conflicts
• * Technical or connectivity issues not caused by Clearrcut
• * Illness, travel disruptions, or other personal reasons

2. Transfer of Registration*

If permitted by the event organizer, you may request to *transfer your registration to another individual. Please contact us at *support@clearrcut.com** at least 72 hours prior to the event to check eligibility for transfer.

3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling*

In the unlikely event that an entire event is *canceled or rescheduled by Clearrcut, we will communicate the next steps to all registered participants. However, Clearrcut reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling or offering event credit, and **not a monetary refund*.
