1. Registration

By registering for the CLEARRCUT Masterclass, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions mentioned herein.All registration details must be accurate and complete at the time of submission.Registration does not guarantee selection for future collaborations unless explicitly stated.

2. Ticket Policy

Each registered user will receive a digital ticket upon successful registration. Participants must carry the ticket in either PDF (digital) or printed form on each day of the event.One ticket grants access once per day for 3 consecutive days. Entry will not be permitted without a valid ticket.Keep your ticket safe, as it is valid for single daily use only and cannot be reissued if lost, shared, or misused.

3. Fees & Refund Policy

A non-refundable registration fee is applicable to all participants.No refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances, including no-shows or cancellations.

4. Certification & Priority Consideration

Participants who successfully complete the masterclass will receive a Certificate of Participation.Certified and skilled artists will get first priority for potential opportunities to work with CLEARRCUT as official service partners, subject to further evaluation and availability.

5. Travel, Stay & Food

CLEARRCUT is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or food-related arrangements.All such logistics must be handled and borne by the participants themselves.

6. Legal & Personal Responsibility

CLEARRCUT is not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or legal issues arising before, during, or after the event.Participants are advised to take full responsibility for their personal belongings and conduct.

7. Event Conduct

Professional behavior and respectful interaction are expected from all participants. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification from the event without refund.

8. Media Consent

CLEARRCUT reserves the right to record photos and videos during the event for marketing and promotional use.By attending, participants grant permission to use their image and voice in CLEARRCUT’s media without compensation.

9. Event Changes

CLEARRCUT reserves the right to modify the event format, schedule, location, or speakers at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of West Bengal . Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata courts only.
